Certification The IPMA-HR knows that public sector human resource professionals face situations and challenges not present in a private sector setting. We have therefore developed in-house training programs that encourage professional growth in areas that promote HR excellence in the public sector. In response to the genuine need for professional level recognition of public sector HR professionals, IPMA-HR created the IPMA-Certified Specialist (IPMA-CS) and IPMA-Certified Professional (IPMA-CP) programs. The comprehensive certification programs provide HR professionals with the recognition that their top-level skills and abilities deserve.
